From about 6:15-8:30 tonight the whole team is doing a big outreach on Eagle Street. The kids have had a history of disruptive and violent behaviors.
Please pray for peace and God's presence to be incredibly strong.
Also,
a young man who used to be part of the ministry is returning tonight. He has lots of shame and we are praying for God to break through to him.
UPDATE: The night was a success! Thanks for the prayers! The kids lives are tough, so the kids are too. A storm approached just as we were getting ready to serve dinner, but with only a drop of rain or two, the storm moved away. We're pooped and our hearts are breaking for the kids. Tonight we cried. Also, Wes gets to have lunch tomorrow with the young main mentioned above. More prayer support would be so appreciated. G'night y'all!
